Rifle Scopes Buying Meopta Scopes, best place to find?

I have been looking around online for Meopta Scopes in stock but looks like many stores are out of stock. Do these get restocked often?

Looking for a optika 6 in 4.5-27x, 5-30x with a not busy reticle, not sure why they have so many BDC options.
