It was the "Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, or CHIRLA, an advocacy group believed to be at the center of the anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles" who received 34mil in grant money from the State.

Also,

"The NGO known as CHIRLA was centrally involved in the LA riots. The organization, which has previously sponsored a campaign to abolish ICE, alerted the rioters to where ICE operations were occurring in real time. The agitators would then show up and disrupt ICE activities, including through the use of violence," Kiley said."

I don't doubt any of this, these groups have been very vocal about opposing ICE, promoting sanctuary cities and all of that.

These riots are a "color revolution" being funded by taxpayer funds, and probably Chinese funds, thru people who are very pro-CCP, one of whom is American billionaire MARXIST Neville Roy Singum (married to Jodie Evans founder of leftwing radical group Code Pink). He lives in Shanghai and runs a left wing NGO to propagandize on behalf of the CCP and other communist agendas.
