CAA Universal Equipment Mount (Picatinny)

Re: CAA Universal Equipment Mount (Picatinny)

Yankee Hill has a similar product made out of metal for the same price. I have one and it has been rock solid. These adapters do add a bit of height to your bipod, so you may want to consider a shorter Harris, or just skip the adapter and pick up a clamp on Atlas.

I had one several years ago and it worked ok but the quality wasn't all that great. I upgraded from that to one of the Yankee Hill bipod adapters and eventually onto the LaRue adapter.

Another option to consider is this one from Promag Industries:

It's no Larue mount but the thumbwheel should make it a little easier to take on and off than the hex screws on the Yankee Hill adapter.
