Calling all Mauser M48 Large ring Gurus - please

I have a buddy that is selling a Winchester 308 1X10 barrel, the chamber is in a .850 diameter and the muzzle is .800. Anyone knows if this will fit a Mauser M48?

Small ring mauser barrels run .980 shank diameter. Large rings, obviously, will be larger. So....No, it will not fit....
