I just wanted to let everyone know that I had an awesome experience with these guys and they will have my business in the future. I saw one of their banners on the forum and proceeded to use the search function to read a bit about them before I purchased my Swarovski Rangefinder and I must say that Doug and the gang really took good care of me. My order arrived very quickly and was packed up really well. I wasn't sure where to post this so I posted here due to the fact that I was purchasing a Rangefinder. Once again A++++

Re: Camera Land

I was going to make my own post last night. I seen this post and I figure I would add to the fact that Doug and the Neil at Camera Land are top notch.

I needed a new laser and they got it to me in 2 days time in order for me to have it for the SH Cup.

I have done business with them before and the cusomer service has been top notch everytime.

I highly recommed them!!

Re: Camera Land

I've bought stuff from Doug...he's good to go.

I had a problem with some Zeiss bins, it was clearly my fault, and I was more than willing to pay for the repair.

Doug hooked me up with a phone number and an email for Sanja at Zeiss....the problem was promptly resolved with new glass at no cost to me. Gotta thank Doug for pointing me in the right direction with that.

Re: Camera Land

I hope so, I just ordered some Steiner binos from them tonight. It is worth noting that their listed internet price smashed the LEO pricing that I got from some other places. Based on prices alone, they seem to have their business together.

Re: Camera Land

just another +1 here.
Ordered a swaro rangefinder off the demo list a couple years ago.
the button got mushy and was killing bateries. Doug hooked me up with a number to call and swaro fixed it for free!

Also, Doug hooked me up on a new camera for the wife @ the same time I ordered the swaro. Made it earier since we both got new toys!

Re: Camera Land

Absolutely first class customer service and support from Camera Land.

I had a problem with a new scope purchased from them a couple of months back. The illumination would flicker on and off no matter how tight the cap was tighten. I was getting no where with the manufacturer after a month of phone calls and promises. Doug stepped up and resolved the issue with the company literally that day. I was given the option of returning scope for a refund or returning it to the company for a replacement scope when more became available.

It turns out that the cap to the battery compartment was machined out of spec and failed to put the correct pressure on the battery and connection. A new battery cap/illumination dial solved the problem. I didn't really want a refund or wait several more months for a replacement scope, I wanted a scope that worked as advertised and Doug got the company focused on fixing the problem. Thanks Doug.
