Gunsmithing Can an 80% lower be modified to take an ambi bolt release?

I'm seeing a lot of 80% and blemished lowers for sale lately, but I want my next AR15 build to have an ambi-bolt release.

So my question is: Can an 80% lower be modified to take an ambidextrous bolt release? And if so, does anyone have the design specs for the modification?

Let's assume I have access to a drill press, at minimum, and possibly a CNC machine and someone who knows how to run it way better than I do.

From looking at pictures of lowers with built in releases I think you probably could, the question is, would it look good?

Anything is possible if you have enough money. Best option is to source one premilled.
