Rifle Scopes Can anyone ID this killflash???

Came on a Premier 3-15x50 but I've never seen a honeycomb pattern like it.

Fits the Premier 3-15x50 and the S&B 3-12x50. Both USMC issue scopes.

I believe it was made by USO but Any other info is appreciated.
