Gunsmithing Can Anyone in Central NC Cut a .308 Barrel?

Need to cut a 26" Rem 700 .308 BBL down to around 22" and recrown. Any suggestions for smiths?

Leonard's shop is probably around 180 miles from you. You could always call him and mail it to him. Otherwise heading up to the start of the mountains is a good trip. Hope that this helps.
