Gunsmithing Can anyone voutch for Aquila gunsmithing?

I found a good deal on a BAT,SV with a fresh Krieger barrel chambered in 6.5x47L. The nice fella that owns this action had a couple issues with it, and sent it to this Aquila firearms for repair. I dont think i have ever heard of Aquila firearms, so i wanted to ask around. The man at Aquila seems very professional, but i like to cover all bases. Anyone ever had any work done by him? Lol that's the same rifle I was thinking of. I think fletcher bought it from kyshooter338.

I would stay away. A local hide member had work done by Chris, the owner of Aquila and it was a total nightmare. There is only one smith in the Houston area that I would give any work to.

I am not giving this smith any of my personal work. All my work goes to Jon Beanland. I am thinking about buying a BAT action chris has done. He seemed pretty knowledgeable to me, but what do i know!! I just thought i would ask around, If for nothing else, a piece of mind! I will talk with Flech!! Lee
