tell me how a Antonov AN 124-100 come all the way from Russia to March Air Force Base, pick up Marines and their equipment fly them to Kona Hawaii to train at the Pohakuna training Area and then 2 weeks later turn around and fly back to March Air Force base unload the equipment and fly back to Russia cheaper that we can use our own Air Force C-5's or C-17;s that are over at Hickam in Honolulu.

Russia owns oil fields.

the cost in fuel is MUCH, MUCH less than we can get it, process it, and store it.
