Rifle Scopes Can you switch out MRAD turrets to MOA turrets?

so i got a falcon menace 4-14x44 scope with EMD (enhanced mil dot reticle)
but the turrets are in MRAD

im not a pro at long distance shooting or anything but i like having the idea of having MOA turrets

would it mess up the "calculations" or "adjustments" if i switched out the MRAD turrets with the MOA ones?

sorry if im not making any sense but hopefully someone will understand what im trying to say

MIL is not metric and MOA is not unit. Do a search in google

The issue I see is that if you switch turrets, the graduations will be all messed up. As the internal reticle adjustments are in mRad. Of each click is 1 mrad, or .34 moa. So 3 clicks would be approx 1 moa, but who knows where they would match up on the moa turrets.
