Yes he can but just does not want to and he can quit anytime he wants to.

Kind of reminds of Sammy Kershaw way back when.

I got the opportunity to shoot a 300WM a few days ago that he made and the first shot I pulled the trigger on hit a 10" plate at 1000yds.

I'm no ex-spert shooter, but I thought that was alright.

He trued the action and set th barrel back on my 7-08 and it went from 1.25" 5 shot groups to .5" 5 shot groups.

I have not taken the plunge to get a full custom from him "yet", but it won't be long I'm sure.
