Different situation here and hoping someone may be interested in trying it out. I had a client come in who was only able to hunt for 1 day and half a day was ruined by a storm.
Landowner is allowing (1) one hunter to come in and finish the remaining day and a half hunt since he is not able to return. Hunt will include 2 nights lodging, you bring your own food, clean your own deer. We will set up up over an alfalfa field the deer are coming into late evenings and leaving very early mornings.
Hunt cost is $1500 total includes the 2 nights lodging and 1 mule deer buck of your choice. Yes it is only 1.5 days of hunting but there is a very very good chance of killing a nice deer. Its an alfalfa field in the desert!
Ranch is located right outside of Van Horn Texas. Flexible on days but a good time to hunt would be right after this cold front moves through in a couple days. Hunt cost is normally almost $4,000 so this is a steal for someone!
