California created a black rifle ban in 1989
That ban became the 1994 federal AW gun and magazine ban.
California now does a background check for Ammo.
ammo DROS gets rejected if your address does not match a prior Dros.
So if you live in condo #107 and the ammo check is done with 107, it might get rejected
if Street was spelled out and the Ammo background check is abbreviated ST, same rejection.
If you have not purchased a gun in past 5 years at that address, then it’s a $25 background fee
if this is upheld then it will come to the rest of the country.
please consider joining a CA gun group who fights these laws
California Rifle and Pistol association is my suggestion.
