I recently had it happen using some cases that I should have retired.

I found the method of jamming a foam ear plug in the neck then stuffing some Steelstick epoxy in the case then tapping it out after it hardens with a cleaning rod an easy and clean method.

Just got the rifle back together for this weekends trip

I've been lucky I guess. Had a bunch of S&B .303 brit brass that let go on like 2-3 firings but they all just fell out of the chamber. Worst one had to drop from about 6" off the ground and it plopped right out.
