Case Identification

Pick up 38 fired 6.5 Creedmoor cases at Range. Seems they were loaded ammo, not reloaded.
Probably foreign. Nickel plated. Marking on base Look like Upside down U V followed by V 1 and a very small o.
Any info? and are they worth reloading.
