case prep for bottle necked pistol cartridges

For those who reload cartridges such as 357 Sig, 9X25 Dillon, 40 Super etc..

Do you prep your brass similar to rifle brass and chamfer the inside mouth or do you bell like with straight walled cases?

Seems the brass is much thinner so would not support inside chamfering.

Just bell the mouth enough to get the bullet started, no need to chamfer the mouth at all.
 
Lyman M die to expand the case necks worked for me. Seems that the Dillon sizer squeezes down the neck a little too much. Still tough to get the bullets lined up straight. Nickel cases don't hold up long either if they even make it thru the first sizing.

Did you just use the 9mm M die? Thanks for that info.. I may give it a shot.
