What is the average price to get say a Rem 870 cerakoted? I asked a gunsmith for a quote and he gave me $235, but I have no idea if this is even a reasonable quote or not.
I too have been looking at getting a gun cerakoted after getting my action finished. That seems to be the going rate unless i have just missed out on "the" place to go. I know GAprecision offers this service with a bead blast for $265.
Check around on the hide, i know there are some guys on here that do the service. Im not sure what their rates are, but if i remember right, they all fall into this price range.

Ross is in Keller, TX. All the other finishers here on the hide accept shipped firearms. All of them do barreled actions.

Are you set up with a sandblaster? For the best durability, metal should be oxide blasted and heat cured. The do it yourself kits are great but don't hold up as well.
