Armalite .223 20 in. barrel, 8 twist magpul prs, ergo grip, troy low pro gas block, Im waiting on my jp single stage trigger and ss 3-15 to show up. the cerakote was done by me, it is O.D. green

That looks great, I have been wanting to cerekote a couple of my AR's, I just don't have the coin. Who did it and what was the cost?
I did the cerakote my self, I have a few hundred in all of my equipment

Soak all the parts in acetone for 30min, then gas out in oven at 300deg. for 1 hour. then sandblast and then spray, after that bake at 250ish for 2 hours. It is the factory armalite handguard and nut.
I am wanting to try cerakote, but dont sandblast. I was hoping some one had tried it using sandpaper to scuff up the material. Ah well.
I got my blast cabinet at harbor freight for a $120 I think
