I've been using Cerakote C (high temp, air dry) on my personal rifles and a couple that I've built. I burn through my barrels so quick there's no point in using the H and have found C to be very, very durable. To be fair, I'm no painting expert doing single colors and haven't tried anything fancy but it looks as good as what I've paid for in the past.

I just thought I'd let the Hide know in case there's anyone local that wants a simple Cerakote. I'm not looking to make money but figure there are some out here that just want a simple coating.

If you're interested in talking some time, I might be able to help with some tips and tricks. I have to do three new weapon builds in the next few months. The last barrel/receiver come in thursday from PVA so just want to load test and break in while waiting for the weather to get a little nicer. My workshop is in the garage. Going to do some wilder versions that will make multi-cam look tame. Variations on riptile etc in 4-6 colors. I'm in Lakewood BTW
It would be interesting to get a bunch of like minded long range shooters together from the area.
