Cerakoting questions...

Do as stock need to be done with the air cured or can it be done with the oven cured?
Is there any difference in color or durability between the AC and the OC?
On average how many onces does it take to do a complete rifle, base, and rings?

It depends on the stock manufacturer. Some will not take well to heat at all. Regardless of the brand you will need to do it at lower temperatures. The air cure is very tough stuff, but the oven cure is a little tougher. A 4 oz bottle will be enough to everything that you want to do. I don't know exactly in ounces, but it should take somewhere around 80-90 ml to finish what you have depending on how thick you lay it down.
