Well, this is the only pistol powder I have found in the last six months. It came in today. Hodgdon lists 7.4 grains as starting @ 1042fps for my 200Gr LSWC. 8.2 Gr @ 1142 for the upper limit.

I don't need that velocity so I am going to start at 5Gr and run to 7Gr in 0.5 increments. it is a tiny flattened disc powder that looks a lot like H335 except the grains are larger. Seems to have a high energy and low load density. The picture is 7 Gr in the pan and in the 45ACP case. Bears watching carefully to avoid the potential for a massive over charge when loading.

Chrono data when I get a chance to shoot it.

Here the velocity run from this AM. Seems bit snappy compared to WST, but I think 6.2-6.3 Gr might just get it done.

Burn rate is supposed to be between AutoComp and HS6, so much slower than WST.

45ACP - 200 Gr LSWC, 5" SIG 1911.
