Does anyone know if a new round should fully chamber by finger pressure or light forward assist preasure only. I have a scar17 and wanted to check ogives and can't get the bolt lugs to fully seat and rotate and lock up unless I pull the charging handle and let it go. These are new factory rounds. When I check bump gauge measurements new vs fired, they stretch 10 to 15 thousanths. I expect some stretch, not sure if that is normal. Is a 7.62 Chamber much different than a 308?

Also, what the hell is this? I always get this secondary neck/shoulder line after firing. The gun is very accurate , but not being able to find an ogive is nuts.
