Rifle Scopes Changing the reticle on scopes

Re: Changing the reticle on scopes

The problem you will find it the cost would be prohibitive imo.
Most scope manufacturers either purchase the glass and reticle seperate then assemble the scope, or have the reticle etched in.
You might be better off selling something you have that doesnt fit your needs and purchasing a scope with a reticle that does.
just my .02

Horus makes money licensing their reticles to other companies. They appear to have deals with USO, Leupold, S&B, Hensholdt, and Burris. I doubt either Horus or Sightron would be interested in a few retrofits. It would just be luck if the image scales are right. I'd suggest you sell a few of the Sightrons and buy a Horus Raptor or Falcon. Put it on QD mounts and move it between rifles. Just note the zeros for each rifle.
