Hunting & Fishing Charles Post, Environmental Lead- Sitka

There has been some discussion concerning Mr Post about some recent Instagram posting.
Looking for any and all screen shots of this post.
As Sitka is largely hunting based clothing I'm interested in their stance and what they think
concerning 2nd amendment and hunting rights afforded their customers.

To be up front I'm a sponsored Sitka athlete and support the company. I don't agree with what Charles said but also understand they're his views and not Sitkas. As others have said damn the individual not the company.

Also to follow up I've been told he has removed his title of Environmental Lead at Sitka from his Instagram.

I'm unaware if Sitka and Charles have separated and I'm not sure what course of action is best.

Freedom of Speech is obviously important and I'm trying to look at it objectively. If an employee was let go from a liberal company expressing support for the 2A I wouldn't be happy.

I understand your stance.
Isn't there a mission statement/ideology that Sitka requires concerning their representatives on social media?
I'm in a stance that this individual has a right to his beliefs.
I'm also in a stance that believes in the possible consequences of airing those beliefs on a public forum.
I've seen the response from Sitka.
