I have been looking into this pistol for a while but I don't know if it is any good. It would be for my Mother who needs to learn how to shoot. My dad bought her a Beretta 21A years ago but It jams constantly. Plus she is not comfortable with an automatic. I was looking at the Charter because it is probably something I can trade the Beretta for cheap. The 22 caliber will be good for a beginner. I don't want to spend a lot on this because the 1st one has just basically sat there for the last 20 years. What do you guys think?
