Rifle Scopes check my math please

I have two scopes from the same manufacturer. I thought one was off because shooting at a mile i was a mil low. I box checked the elevation this morning. I zeroed at 100, and then dialed both up to 15.5 mils. It measured 60 inches. Thats a mil off isnt it? It should be 56 inches, or is my math off? Thank you, Greg

Correct, 15.5 mils at 100 yards should be 56 inches.

0.1 mil = 0.36" @ 100 yards.
