Cheek Riser/pad for AR-15?

I'd like to get something soft/padded, is possible.

What do you suggest? Later, I want to get a proper stock for a better rifle. For now, I just want to make this one tolerable.

cheek-eze comes up 1/8" to 1/2" thick I think. its self stick. brownells carries them.

All of the above are good suggestions. You can also get it done "on the cheap" with just some old mousepad (or like material) and some tape.

Just be cautious in where and how much you place on the stock as any addt'l height on the comb can cause interference with the charging handle, preventing it from fully pulling back and keeping you from operating your rifle.
