We also need to brutally deal with their theft. State cyberhackers steal from US companies, release a bug that will fuck their market or banking system for a month. Something along those lines.
US companies in their greed for cheap labor never lodge a complaint. This is a business problem not a government problem until business files a trade complaint.

Also for an American company to open house in China they have to 50/50 partner with the Chinese government. Well 50/50 partner gets access to all kinds of internal information (secrets/technology).

Well it would help if we could as a country decide not to be impoverishing our own citizens to help one of our stated actual enemies build up their economy, industry and military to fight us eventually....
