I am looking for peoples experience with the available chronometers out there. The Oehler is no longer in commercial production that seems to leave the CED, PACT, Chrony, ????

I am curious to hear other people’s experiences and information. I am willing to experience the “buy once, cry once”. I just don’t know what provides the best product or the best “bang for the buck”

I'm now using an OLDER Pact. When I replace it I will get the new CED with all the bells and whistles. Of the 2 Chronys I've had I gave one to my brother and the other to another shooter. Don't waste you time on them. The electronics just aren't up to snuff.

When I first read this thread last night, I wanted to say I really like Omega's and Breitling's, but will wear an Anonimo or Stowa if pressed. Then I noticed someone was asking about a chronograph.

    Sorry, couldn't help it.....

LOL! You just saved me from being labeled a smart-ass. Now I'll have to wait for another chance!

I like my CED M2. That said once you download your data, remove the 9V battery or it will drain pretty quickly. A second option would be to "engineer" a 9volt direct power source - if you have that option where you shoot.

As a diver, I've always been partial to Rolex's Oyster series. Can't afford one but I like 'em.

---- BAD boy, down! Stop it! NOW!

My old PACT Pro (the built in printer model) has worked well.
