I’m stuck between the two, on one hand I don’t like the idea of spending 600 bucks on a Ckye pod, but the features are there.
Those who’ve run both what was your consensus?
Atlas has been a strong bipod since they came out and the little time behind the Ckye I have seems like a good one.

I definitely need Arca so both bases are covered with the respective bipoda. I don’t really care about the 45 degree leg position.

Find a used gen 1.5, love mine.

The atlas is great but the Ckye shines in those random awkward positional shots. I also like the fact it will get lower and way wider than the atlas.

For what an atlas with all the options I wanted cost it was within $50 of my Ckye.

No ragrets

Not a fan of the cyke pod. But some people love them.

Maybe if we had more field style matches in New England

The triple pull has my eye a lot more than a single or double ever would

I've used a few different Atlas bipods here and there and they are nice but the Ckye-pod is the ticket for field shooting. I have a single, double and triple-pull and think that the double-pull is the most versatile bipod. Goes as low as the single (standard height) but gives you more height. The triple is awesome for certain niche applications but if getting one, I'd get the double.

I have the Atlas Cal and lust after the Ckye Pod because adjusting the Atlas leg height on the fly is kinda a pain. The push-button adjust on the Ckye seems awesome, but I haven’t used both so I can only tell you m

I have the CAL and am now wanting the Ckye. I can’t get my CAL to lock, which may be user error, but I’ve heard of similar problems from other people. Also not that big of fan of the leg adjustment actuation. The versatility of the ckye pod seems that it would be useful

I've got both and prefer the Ckye all day long when I have an ARCA rail to attach to.

My only gripe is that it's either ARCA or pic rail. If it came with the RRS BTC Pro that would you allow you to use it with both, it would be the cat's meow.

While it doesn't come with it, there is certainly an option to run it.

I own both. You won't go wrong with either. The CAL is nice in that it's footprint is a bit smaller than the Ckye pod at normal heights. CAL is lighter. Ckye pod is more stable (we're splitting hairs here) IMO and more versatile. I'd suggest either a standard length single or the double pull. The triple is interesting, but I worry that the added size might be an issue

I also own both an Atlas CAL and Ckyepod Double pull. Atlas CAL is really stable and great for load development, but for a match I'd choose the Ckyepod double-pull every time. It's a lot more versatile, can get extra height, and adjustability is faster than the CAL.

I have both. I’m currently using the Ckye Pods for pretty much everything. I like that the pan locks out in the GenII’s (I could care less for pan). I also like the additional width and height I can get out of them. I went with the taller PRS single pull but find that it’s a little on the tall side. If I were to do it over I’d get the shorter version.

The short version is the PRS.

I had a CAL and really liked it for square range shooting. But I shoot rimfire and a couple centerfire match’s and found the Ckye quicker to adjust on the clock and enjoy the features it has. That why I have two of them. One on my AI and one on my Vudoo that looks like an AI 😂😂
