clamp-on handguards and acuracy

In terms of squeezing out all the potential accuracy possible.....do clamping rails like geissele, Slr, BCM, have an effect on accuracy compared to other free floats like DD?

There are more factors at play but conventional wisdom is that free floating is generally better.

those are all "freefloat" handguards....just the way they connnect to the barrel nut is what I'm questioning
