I just wanted to provide the link to the OP as a option. I am getting mine cut and threaded/indexed.
I've got 4 rifles with TRG brakes bored to clamp on the muzzle. Between them they've got about 4000 rounds with no problem. The trick is having it machined for a precise fit on your barrel. I set mine up with .001" over muzzle size with the clamp loosened.

When the barrel face is cut back to allow for the brake to align perfectly when tight to the barrel. No peel washers needed.

anybody know what the legality of the Grizzly Gunworks replica suppressor/muzzle brake combo is in the NY area? Is it considered a suppressor or a muzzle brake??
