I sent my factory Springfield Champion 1911 off to Clark Custom over a year ago with a long list of what I would like to have done and the FEDX truck just brought it back.

That looks great. I'd like to set mine up better than it is now. Mine's just a mil-spec with better sights and a poor fitting aftermarket beaver-tail. I'd like to do it up right.

Yours looks great though, but I wouldn't want to wait for the year.

looks awesome, i have a railed kimber at mars armament right now. and a full size goin to chuck rogers most likely in a couple months. will be a while before i see my guns again.

Nope, I would never go back to standard, factory GI sights. Great for distance and load/ bullet weight changes. I don't just shoot my 45's at 15 yards.
