I have the straight tactical in my AR and its awesome. Easy drop in, very short clean break.

Compaired to lets say RR 2 stage or other aftermarket triggers?

RR two stage is a good trigger. I don't like two-stage on AR, especially for fast trigger work.
JP has a quality kit but unless you are well versed the install can be tricky.
Timney has a drop-in unit but I have no experience with it.
Any that I missed?

I know everyone seems to like geissele and I'm sure they are top of the line triggers, but if CMC is even close to being on par with geissele then I'll save a 140.00 and go CMC

Very Good single-stage trigger, very comparable to a Timney.

I have a straight single stage one, and it did take some getting used after years of two stage triggers in CQ guns. I managed to have a few doubles while getting accustomed to it, but now I like it for a precision AR. Still think it's a little touchy for a runnin' gun, but that's just me.
