Only short lines or very small shops use high strength cleaners. EPA gestapo gives the nut smack to the big railroads for using shit that works.
 
I rode a train in Pudong China that was moving at 450 kph, the next track over has sister train going other direction at same speed, did this trip about 20 times over a few years. Few months after my last trip there one came off the tracks they slowed them down to 400 kph. Loved the speed, train build by some european company, maglev type train. much faster than any other bullet train I ever rode n anywhere else in the world.
