How many here want to place bets that the penal system would actually "reform" this young man and he will leave those metal bars to become a scientist or engineer of great renown?
Sadly, in a few years, we may very well have yet another hardened jailbird on the streets, this time fully trained and mentored by prison life, and ready to rape and kill at the blink of an eye.
