COL / LTO for Hornady American Gunner 140 BTHP

I am attempting to duplicate a factory hornady load. If someone has a box handy, could you tell me what the COL of the Hornady american Gunner loads? Also what is the printed MV on the back of the carton. Thanks.

AmGunner used to be my go-to load for Tikka TAC A1 before I started reloading. In this rifle it produces ~1 MOA groups with SDs around 15. Not as good as handloads but AmGunner is priced about right.

As I was taking these measurements I realized that it jumps 0.190" (190 mil) in this gun.

Thanks, yes it shoots well in my friends RPR, and am attempting to approximate the load as we do load development. Likely can improve with case prep/annealing. Appreciate your help.
