shot rifle yesterday and cleaned last night and thought I would check and see where the first shot from clean barrel would go,,backed down 3 moa from 300 yard zero and shot at 100 yards,,Stiller action AICS 1.5 Bartlien barrel 6.5x47 130 VLD and 42 grs H4350

looks good to me,,

Most all of my rifles have a CCB shift. I run BN coated bullets in the match rifle, I have yet to see any major shift in POI on a CCB shot, but the TUBB bn coated DTACs seem to be the exception. It comes down to pressure, powder is coated with graphite (mainly to reduce static and make it more stable), which also acts as a lubricant for the following bullets. With BN or molly coated bullets, you will get a reduction in pressure so you need to increase the charge to get the same pressure and velocity of the same naked bullet. I would be interested to see what your velocity reading is on your CCB shot. The bottom line is as long as it is repeatable and well documented, it can be anticipated and adjusted for. Repeat it, document it out at extended ranges, and account for it. Its a comon thing.

That's much better than my results! I done a complete and thorough cleaning of the barrel. Scrubbed the throat and removed all of the copper. It took several rounds to get the rifle back into the groove. Shot 18 was a called flier.
