I am looking for a hunting/camping/protective type of blade. Maybe even the Two Handed Kukri Machete.

Thats the mil issued version.....woodsmanspal.com has other versions. You can even find the old 1942 military instruction manuals that were issued with them at various places...fun stuff

The Cold Steel San Mai Kukri is a beast. I've chopped trees down with mine and you simply cannot tell its been used. The blade is indestructible and nothing beats a Kukri inch for inch when it comes to chopping.
