I just bought a used Remington 300 WM Sendero in about 95-98%. The gun has been fired, but very little. It has a brown laminate stock with black fore end tip.
My question is about the caliber markings. It has the normal 300 Win Mag lettering but the Sendero word has no space between the word mag and Sendero. The first two and last two letters in Sendero are real deep while the middle letters are light. Also the the word Sendero looks like it was added as after thought, it does not quite look like it is on the same line as the rest of the markings.
Any body have any idea's about this or if it needs to be checked out further? Does this appeal to any type of collectors?
Thanks, Javy
