His paper reads like some sort of hippie-girl catnip dating ad.
As "This Ain't Hell" blog surmised...sounds rather Jesse Macbeth-ish.
I'll be interested to find out his real creds and experiences. I'm gonna laugh when it turns out the only thing he killed was a gajillion sperm into a sock while waiting for his next guard tower shift.

No shit. I'm mildly curious about this as well, but either way he's a damn fool thinking that kind of thing would fly in American acedemia.

I am not sure about the fool part as much as naive about the vast majority of the American population that has no idea what it is like to be sent into a war zone. I find the article more interesting as the Psychiatrists get in there to psycho analyze the vets feelings. All they want to do is medicate people to make perfect little zombies out of you.
