Training Courses Colorado facility for carbine/pistol class

An instructor I know from Texas is attempting to find a facility he can instruct at in Colorado when the weather gets too hot in Texas.

He has a small amount of requirements-

12 students max
100yd minimum
Steel targets
Frames/backers for paper
Must have nearby hotel/amenities

I’ve inquired at a few places nearby and most said we aren’t set up for that so I’m hoping some of y’all know of some places I don’t.
