On September 2, 2018 at 5:36am, 25-year-old Bradley Bethel lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into 1808 E. Livingston Ave. (Eddy's Chicken & Waffles).

Seconds after the deadly crash an SUV pulls up to the scene.

The driver gets out of the SUV and walks over to the victim. He lifts the victim's arm and takes a gun from the victim's holster.
The gun was a Kel Tec 9mm.

Police and medics get on scene and the man who just stole the victim's gun stays there and even briefly talks to them.

Det. Jamie Thomas in CPD's Burglary Unit is hoping you can help us identify the man who stole the gun to not only to close this case but to provide closure to Bradley Bethel's family.

    CPD: 614-645-2127 or [email protected].

    Stellar piece of humanity there.......

That and some stellar police work for not getting all the witness statements. Usually they at least take down everyone's ID who is present.

That is just some sorry ass shit though. All the people I've stopped to help over the years, and it never once crossed my mind to rob them. Wow.

how do they know he wasn't securing the gun, I ride armed and tell my riding buddies to secure my gun in a crash and do not give it to thieving government officials.
They didn’t get the gun. As far as we know none of the victim’s survivors had the gun.

So it’s a good guess that he took the gun for himself.

Why would they tell anybody? I wouldn’t, its none of the governments business
I agree that there's a lot of things that are none of the Government's business.

However, when you watch the video you can see that the suspect is clearly searching the deceased to rob him. He wasn't taking that pistol for safekeeping.

In today's world, you would have to be dumber than Nancy Pelosi to not realize that you are going to be on some sort of surveillance video. The suspect had to have known, unless he's stupid, that he would be on video.

You can also hear, in the video, someone ask, "where is the gun?" The suspect was standing right there and kept his mouth shut.

It doesn't matter whether or not it's none of the government's business. The firearm was not anyone else's property except the deceased's. That pistol, rightfully, belongs to his next-of-kin or beneficiaries. We can argue all day long about whether or not some cop was going to confiscate it for himself but that's beside the point.

The point is the suspect was a ghoul who only wanted to take someone else's property. He's just like a grave robber. The only exception is that the body was still warm.

Make fun of Nancy all you want but she is the speaker and the republicans lost the house. She will get more done for her side with just the house than the republicans got done for their side with the house, senate, and the White House.

As far as the gun is concerned. I don’t trus t any reporting by the media or the police when it comes to guns.

It is about the mindset of two totally different dichotomies man. All gun owners I know and everybody on this site goes to work, support their families, pay their taxes, and do many services for their communities. THAT is what separates us from those lowlifes whose only goal in life is to prey and scavenge off of the fruits of other peoples' labor. Unfortunately, we have to share the same fucking air with them.

Be proud as ever that you are a member of the part of society who does good and possess compassion and integrity. It is something that is worthy to be proud of. That is the main difference between real human beings and scum.....for a lack of a better term.
