I'm hearing some of the talking heads saying that the Biden appointed judge that was assigned will dismiss the charges before it ever gets to a jury. We'll see. He (Comey) just seemed too damned smug on his little YouTube video. Like he doesn't care what they do since he knows he'll never be convicted. I hope Halligan has an air tight/strong case of which Comey has no clue.

Prosecutors and judges who ran for office on funds provided by a known financier of domestic terrorism.
No one is above the law! And when it is applied equally and fairly to the folks using it maliciously… well there should be very strong penalties for those abusing our judicial system. Because if they are corrupting our justice system, they are cutting to the absolute heart of what is America. There should be no tolerance for that kind of abuse.
Not by FBI agents. Not by prosecutors. Not by judges. And certainly not by leftist money bags types who think they can buy The justice they want in Soviet or Fascist fashion… to destabilize or destroy our republic.
“But but democracy….” No. When rich oligarchs buy justice and use it to destroy the system… it is the very definition of fascism. “Accuse the others of what you are doing.”
Funny, but the Koch brothers who all the lefties scream about funded speech and a lot of science programs on PBS. They didn’t fund Floyd protests and corrupt leftist judges and crime loving “prosecutors”

I think more of that may be forthcoming. In fact, Comey may face more indictments. I think the urgency here was meeting the expiration of the Statute of Limitations for the most serious charges they wanted to level. I hope they are successful with this first round, but I have my doubts about that.
There is a whole host of people that need to be indicted. The problem is you have a Justice department that either runs cover or doesn’t actually believe what they did is wrong. It’s only wrong when the local conservative dad down the street does it. It’s not even about upholding law anymore, it’s literally good vs. evil and the evil people are incapable of seeing their wrong. I’m pretty convinced Biden could have shot a woman in the streets and had his way with the corpse and this snorted cocaine off of it and the media and a lot of the left would be heralding him as some kind of hero for it. There is something wrong with these people that literally cannot see evil for what it is and to be honest it’s freaking scary. And to counter it, I hate to say it, I think you have to become it. Good men doing bad things to regain some semblance of order and sanity. We aren’t Liberia from the early 2000’s, far from it but America is swirling and if something isn’t done about this stuff soon, then we will be like one of these countries we purport to be better than.
