This kit build has been on my back burner for maybe five years. I finally parked the barrel and the lower (everything else had been refinished years ago). This is just a mock up, I still need to screw in the barrel and headspace.
I love the irony of building an Inch FAL that never existed in use by the Commonwealth Countries. I like the way the wood looks on this Para.

It’s been a few years since I used an SLR,close to 30 I suppose,so forgive me if I can’t remember the exact parts descriptions.
Where does the bolt carrier rat’s tail slide back through?The skeleton butt stock?From memory it had at least a 20-30 degree angle.

The para FAL with a folding stock requires a special bolt carrier and recoil spring arrangement. This para carrier has no rat tail, and in it's place is a hole along it's top where a recoil spring with a guide rod that attaches to the top cover.
