compass lake varmint upper

I'm wanting a new upper . Will be a bench gun used for prarie dogs and paper.

I'm really liking what I read about compass lake.

I like building my own builds, but I'm wondering if I can build one with a compass lake barrel as accurate as a varmint upper that Frank has done his magic on ?

I have built several uppers and they all shoot really good. Have a Compasslake and it is a hammer. Hope this helps.
