Competition for Chargemaster

Re: Competition for Chargemaster

My issue with it will be that the company is out of Italy. How will they handle fixes and issues? RCBS is quick and above average service. It would be an expensive piece to have die on you 6 months into use....and while you could ship it to Italy, that would be cost prohibitive I'd imagine.

Re: Competition for Chargemaster

As Jason said.

RCBS has great customer service. I broke my Chargemaster and they had me a replacement within a week after they received mine.

No longer using a Chargemaster but still using an RCBS powder thrower connected to a box with a green light .

Re: Competition for Chargemaster

The company is actually in Switzerland AFAICS. Not that changes much as far as distance, unless they have a good distributor in the USA to buffer the service costs.

So much for loading rifle cartridges. Would work well for rimfire, I guess.
