Components shortage

Just bought Savage Elite Precision6.5 & Trijicon 5-50/56.

What’s the best place to place an order for reloading components now that all sites I looked at are pretty much out of everything I’m thinking about placing an order on one that will allow me to pre order back ordered components.
Any suggestions on the best way and Companys to proceed on the components as well as some preloaded rounds to try my new set up out ?

Backorder from Creedmoor and Grafs ... those have worked for me. That ... and "Prayer". Be ready to wait on those lists for "months", and sometimes "forever".

There’s no real secret, you just have to be on top of things.

If something becomes available you have to immediately buy without hesitation.

No suggestions on Primers, but for me, I initiated a daily routine grind of checking every reputable website I could think of, multiple times a day, sometimes for weeks on end looking for powder and bullets. Just when I had all but given up, poof... out of nowhere, I’d luck up & find something I was looking for, bought IMMEDIATELY. Hard for us average Joe’s to compete with bulk & bot buyers tho. Just be vigilant and don’t give up. Last ditch for Primers would be auction sites, but they’re really expensive!

My local sportsmans publishes on their Facebook page 1 day ahead of time what powder/primers they got on the truck. They *usually* get powder and primers every week. Just gotta be first in line. I've found that to be a hell of a lot easier than checking websites daily, because the truck only comes on two days of the week and you get a heads up notice. Just up to you on how early you like waking up to stand in line for hours.

I've done two things. I have accounts on beaucuoup sites that sell components and I've signed up for alerts. Also, I set multiple home pages in my browser to open on sites pages for in stock powder, primer and bullets, that I'm interested in buying. It works, because I'm on the computer all day for work. I have a bunch of home pages and it's a PITA, but it works, most of the time. Often, the email alerts are delayed and items are sold out, before I get there, and some of the home pages show stock in real time.

If you have a Bass Pro near by check for loaded ammo and primers there.
Sign up on Discord app for notifications, I've gotten components from multiple places.
Make sure you have accounts setup ahead of time at online retailers.
