Contacting criterion barrels

Anyone been able to get in contact with them recently, I’ve got a barrel in for a warranty replacement and it’s been radio silence for a while. I was in constant contact with them for a while but now it’s like they vanished or my emails are not getting to them.

I was talking to Evan before he switched me over to Mike for the warranty since he handles that along with the R&D stuff. I could and probably should call the office but I feel kind of weird calling for some reason, might be I’m so used to email correspondence for my job.
